Built a CoreML accessibility app in Singapore that detects buses for visually impaired users and works fully offline for low-latency feedback.

We co-designed the interface with 30+ weekly beta users from the Singapore Association of the Visually Handicapped (SAVH), focusing on spatial audio and haptic cues in real conditions.

Led LLM fine-tuning in Singapore by adapting a quantized Llama 3 model on MIMIC-III radiology notes with Unsloth and quantization-aware training to reduce clinician cognitive load.

The project won 1st place in the junior category at NSC's High Performance Computing Innovation Challenge 2023.

Built an experimental OS that replaced standard storage, scheduling, and packing strategies with graph neural networks, PPO reinforcement learning, and variational autoencoders.

A Rust data plane kept the system runnable while an AI control plane generated speculative state proposals.

Built a browser extension that uses financial incentives to reduce digital distraction.

Powered by the Open Payments API on the Interledger Protocol, users deposit funds before focus sessions; bypassing blocked sites incurs real costs into a shared pool while successful focus earns dividends.

Won 1st place for the Interledger theme at Hackomania 2025.

Built a production-grade Whisper transcription API and summarization backend for hour-long bilingual meetings (EN/JA).

The async pipeline handles long-duration audio, applies speaker diarization at >90% accuracy, and grounds summaries against external agendas and past minutes to reduce hallucinations.
